Looks solid for now... until a week before you are actually going to buy come back for another round of suggestions as prices and availability of hardware would have changed by then

for catious
set your budget enough to purchase GTX680
with Nvidia TSMC problem it might delay the stock of ''GTX670 Ti'' and GTX670

For now its mostly gathered rumours on different website
like wise to see how late GTX680 arrival on the market
the GTX670 Ti in May might only be referance design if the rumour are to be true,
its never bad to have preparation,
plus in May GTX680 custom design already on the market
the price tag can't be guanreteed though

Gigabyte B75M-D3V may suite your need right now but when you add another sata3 HDD, it will operate at Sata2 speed due only have 1 sata3 port.

I would change the Mobo to Asus P8Z77-M if you are going to get the I5 3570K. Just my 0.02 cents.

But I have check Gigabatye B75M-D3V support Intel 22nm processors hmm.gif

From Gigabyte Website

3rd Generation Intel® Core™ processors
New 3rd generation Intel® Core™ processors are based on the new 3rd generation Intel® Core™ processor architecture, manufactured using the latest 22nm process to create a visually optimized processor platform. Based on the mature LGA 1155 socket, 3rd generation Intel® Core™ processors feature up to four high-performance 64-bit processor cores and 8MB of L3 cache Smart Cache, and overall performance when you need it most.

Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3V Motherboard Surfaces

A MicroATX motherboard from Gigabyte just surfaced, the B75M-D3V. The interesting thing is that the product is powered by a B75 chipset and, though it can serve anyone well enough, it comes with something called Intel's Small Business Advantage software.

The mainboard will support Ivy Bridge processirs and will com at a price of $80, or 60.52 Euro. The CPU socket is wired to a pair of DIMM slots, and there is also a PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot thereas well as two PCI Express x1 slots. You can see two SATA 6.0 Gbps connectorss and four SATA 3.0 Gbps ports.

The budget board comes with two USB 3.0 ports and four USB 2.0 ports. As for the I/O panel at the back, it offers four USB 2.0 ports, a PS/2 port, two USB 3.0 ports and a parallel port, plus 5.1-channel audio, Gigabit Ethernet and video outputs (D-Sub and DVI).

I know it does support the upcoming CPU. But , looking at your CPU selection which is the K version ( Unlocked ) , if you are not goin to OC might change the CPU or if you are planning to OC , i don't see why you are getting the B75 base chipset motherboard instead of the Z77 base chipset motherboard. But , of course it's your money. Am just giving a suggestion here. Peace. smile.gif Correct me if i'm wrong.

If you want to know more , might want to ask CyntrixTech as he already got it tested where he OC a i5-2500K @ 4.7 - 1.48Vcore stable at 24 hours of Prime95. I dont really know which test ( Small FFT or Blend ) he uses so might want to ask him for more details. I am waiting 1 myself which is coming next week. Will try to do some light OC and will show you the result if you are interested. smile.gif

You can consider Xigmatek Asgard Pro RM159 from lingloong. In my personal opinions quite sleek case.
