Hi, I have an extra Lego 8017 TIE Fighter to let go. I got too excited and bought so many of the 2009 sets recently, and now my better and saner half has convinced me that I do not need so many sets.

Just to share, I went to the Subang Parade TRU last night. They're having a clearance sale and were still bringing out lots of Lego sets marked for clearance, but mostly are only 20%-30% discount, so it’s not really attractive. Here are some of the sets I saw:
Lego Coast Guard series (4210, 7738. 7739) - less 30%
Lego 7674 Star Wars V-19 - less 30%
Lego Racers (misc) - less 30%
Lego Agents (misc) - less 20%
Lego Duplo - less 30%
Lego 5582 Ultimate Town Building Set - RM210 less 30%
In the end I bought these 2 sets:
Lego 5522 Golden Anniversary Set- RM140 less 30%
Lego 7784 Batmobile UCS - RM423 less 50% (boxes in pretty bad condition)
Did I get a good deal???
Didn’t see any Lego sets at 70% discount even though the ad indicated up to 70%. The Batmobile was the most attractive one, only thing is the box condition is really terrible! But worthwhile if buying for yourself. It's no longer in production, so very hard to find.
There are no discounts on the new sets. I might check out other TRU outlets to see if there are other sets on sale.
I wonder if anyone else here checked out this sale? Is it the same as the sale at TRU KLCC?
