actually quite disappointed with it.. apart from the large shape, it's not really a technics set.. more of a static model set..with opening doors, bonnet and boot..

no functioning gearbox, no movable suspension, no pneumatics or power function, etc..

maybe I'll plug in the power function RC to make it remote controllable.. biggrin.gif

What a coincidence!! I came on this thread to look for ideas on how to fix Power Function.

I just finished my Fiorano as well... Looking around to see if anyone has any idea how to fix Power Function RC to it. So a demo of the RC-ed model on youtube... now hands really itchy to try it.

I agree that for the price I'm paying... the model abit wasted. I paling hate is the hand-of-god steering... geesh... but I think it will make it easier to fix PF-RC to it.

Malaysia Toy 'r' Us sells it for about RM700. I got mine in Aussie at AUD120. Could have gotten a dozer at AUD240.

I have never used power function before. Going to buy it and see how la... I thought need to have special manual for it. Did not know it was just plug and play. Recommended to get the normal motor or the XL motor?

Are you in malaysia or still overseas? Cannot find any Power Function in the shops... need to order from Lego. Wondering if you know any other online shops that may have it.

Haha, actually this is only my second time fixing such a high-end Lego model. I just follow bulat-bulat from the manual. I think it's about time I start using my own creativity.

I think I'll get the dozer set then... when my salary comes in.

Sorry, it was not AUD140 (typo), it's AUD240. But I get so many things with it, so yes, I'm getting the dozer. But if I curi some of the power functions from the dozer, what will happen to my dozer???

@#$%, Toysrus got crazy price?!!! Damn, was back home in M'sia last month... should have looked out for it. Wasted!
