There are very few places that sell Lego in J.Bahru
However, do not waste time on the following places as there are either very little LEGO variety or they do not sell them at all:

Update As On Month of October
Metrojaya Danga Bay JB (Only one transport truck available)
Metrojaya Plaza Pelangi (There is a noticeable number of Lego sets which the boxes are deformed / damaged)
Parkson Holiday Plaza (Very few Lego City Units)
Plaza Angsana (None, as it is a Malay dominated shopping center; used to have one Toys r Us but shifted already)
Plaza Tasek (None, as it is more focused on apparel and clothings)
The Store Taman Sentosa, Taman Johor Jaya, Pandan (All none)
Jusco Taman Universiti (None)

As for the stocks availability:
Jaya Jusco Tebrau City & Toys R Us Tebrau City
Jusco Permas Jaya

And if you have time, travel to Singapore for more stocks:
Bricks World (Ngee Ann City)
Takashimaya SC (Orchard Road)
Toys R Us (6 branches in Sg)

Mr Yap Hong,
If you want to buy at cheap price (I mean real cheap), you can wait for Texchem Lego sale clearance, which is held once or twice a year if I'm not mistaken.

Anyway, anyone here know when is the next Lego sales clearance? I certainly hope its around November - December 2008, coz I am really crazing over the City Harbour, Train, & Airport which I missed recently... so sad...

Mr Yee8KL, yes I have just googled search and I made a mistake, it is indeed Diethelm that have taken over the distributorship rights of Lego from Texchem. Anyway, I certainly hope that someone here can enlighten us when is the exact date for the next Lego sales clearance, I'm actually waiting for the Airport, and especially the Trainz, which I can place in my son's display toys room. Its a reward for him to have excelled in UPSR 6 As...

Hey Zorro, why dun you tell us this news 10 years later, isn't it better?
Please dun report past events, you make ppl really pissed off. If you knew it earlier, why dun share the news with Lego enthusiasts earlier?

Now the question is, will Lego be cheaper??? laugh.gif laugh.gif

Lego will not be cheaper becoz of the tax imposed by the government, unless they declare the Legoland as duty free zone, so we can buy the Lego at cheaper price and additional some ciggies and alcohol after purchasing the Lego sets.

I'm surprised that the end of this year 2008, no warehouse clearance sales coz as Christmas is approaching, should have such sales ma.... sigh~~ cry.gif

Malaysia Boleh ma like this.
Something I would like to point out: Why Lego sales clearance never being advertised in newspapers, so there will be a nationwide exposure? Government should have a policy that advertisement through newspapers (popular news e.g. NST, The Star, Sin Chew) just like what they did with the housing whereas there will be reserved Bumi-lots for minimum one year, if you all know what I mean here.

I certainly hope that we Malaysians will be more hardworking to buy Lego coz its ridiculous some toys so cheap overseas damn fcuked up over here. Same like cars also la.... I pray that Malaysia currency will perform towards Rm1 = $S 0.50, please Malaysia, you have a world of resources here, do something!

Hi Gundam84, I've got the item for Lego City 7236 - Police Car, new, unopened box directly from factory. I bought this when I was overseas some 3 months ago. I was thinking that it was hard to find this stock here so I just bought one. If interested can just drop me an email @ engksit@hotmail.com

My selling price for this item is RM105.00, unless you want to collect yourself by appointment @ Johor Bahru City Centre only. Buyer can pay through Bank-In to my Public Bank Account or money order (Post Office).
