wow, cant believe there is a thread on LEGO!!! woohooo!!!

yea, those were the days when i sooo wanna own sets n sets of LEGO but it was expensive. Love those lego Technic!! now can hardly see any Lego sets since electronics has taken over... such a sad thing!

i have 3 sets of Technic and other smaller Lego set. I have one really old skool Technic set which is a snow mobile with a lift at the back and also a helicopter.

the other sets i have are the Safari Racer and a Monster truck with complete suspension and a winch! love those Technics!!

It'll be more fun to make DIY keychains out of your own Lego, IMHO thumbup.gif .
(Just drill a hole through the plastic; and keep it neat; and place in a metal ring, and so on and so forth... wink.gif )

I got one made out of a Space minifig once, but I do recall seeing LEGO-made keychains somewhere in departmental stores (Isetan? Jusco?), I think it was from the Star Wars / Harry Potter series range...

Oh how we envy these people coz they have the money to buy that much of lego to vent out their creativity.

Amcorp mall, top floor. Good quality = RM25+-, bad quality ones (like Yoda) = RM18+-

Is there something wrong with the photos/camera or what ?
The colour of the blocks are different from the one shown on the box.

I'm a robotics enthusiast and I have seen many super cool robots, but, the Lego Difference Engine is definitely one of the coolest thing I've ever seen. I cant help but to stare at the photo...

Wowzer, makes me drool.gif

Gotta love that particular set, has all the classic Technic devices: Pneumatic System, Electric Motor... thumbup.gif

Is there a second kind of build (meaning for example, another form or type of vehicle) that is available with that 8421 set? Or is it just the crane? Because older Technic set has at least two types of build that can be made from one set... this means from the given manual, not counting DIY freestyle constructions.

there are two instructions. 1 for the crane itself (main) and of course the lifter (sub) .The bottom of this set, which is the 8 wheeler truck remain the same. here some pics
