I got it from Toys'R Us for RM170 plus a RM25 voucher. So to me it is quite reasonable. Although LEGO is a bit overpriced here but if the amount is not very big then it's still ok. However if you're planning to buy in bulk then of course you should get it somewhere else.
It's from Toys'R Us. If i remember correctly, it's only until the end of this month as the voucher will expire on beginning of July.
If you buy more than RM150 worth of toys, you get RM25 voucher; more than RM250, you get RM50.
Nice little outpost you have there BTW.
huh???
let say i dont have any discount voucher now, if i go and buy a LEGO set, can i use the discount voucher to make a discount immediately? or i'll be able to get a discount on my next purchase?

The problem with castling love affair is that.... you always seems to run out of bricks.
My little creation
Now I am out of some critical bricks for the other side
LoL!
u still have lots of bricks and variety of choices. my outpost already consume 90% of what i have. only left a few big castle wall pieces. dont really like the big wall pieces, it is hard to use. too big in size

i got a noob question, i've been wanting the black seas barracuda (6285) but it's a long discontinued product. Recently whils surfing e-bay i foundout that they have reissued the model again as 10040. The one i saw was the pirates of the carribean set with jack sparrow n such. also it was flying the black sails.
Where can i get them in KL or SG? has anyone saw the set? I dont mind black sail or red sail (that was the standard sail) n how much is it?

i wonder does mindstorm still holds water in Malaysia? i used to dream of owning the kit (cost 1k+ that time)
where can i still get it right now? jaya jusco still got or not? how much eh? coz i still have my technics and lego parts.
Most of the big LEGO sets selling in Malaysia is rediculous over priced. My advice is you get it from www.bricklink.com. It is something like EBAY, but Bricklink is dedicated to all LEGO stuff only. If you owned a credit card, it is good to buy all the big big sets from Bricklink. even after included the shipping and insurance, it still cheaper than u buy in Malaysia SIGNIFICANTLY.
wow... there must be a war in texchem over LEGO prodcut is it? the boxes are nice? or torn already?
many LEGO prodcuts there? or a bit here and a bit there?
thanks for shareing anyway!~
war ?? lol.. i do not know, my friend bought for me. the box is nice, just like u saw it on the supermarket shelfs maybe because of it is still a very new product.
Wah....cannot say like this... I'm thinking of having a lego session over at my place with some friends......anyone interested? I'm at Cheras. Date and time can confirm later. Any takers? What theme ah...castle, vikings, trains? Any suggestion?
this is a good idea to have a community like this. but i dont have car though btw, what is the purpose of this meet up?? are u going to play something like Table-Top game? i only own a few castle and viking sets..
My suggestion, why dont we post up the pictures of our LEGO customization? else this thread will be meaningless and partially dead.
Bro, please give me some time as I'm sorting out the stuffs, just bought a toolbox to store all the different things neatly. Hehe, scared to lose the slightest things, grown up have to be more careful lar....I'll identify things that I'm sure I won't be using for the rest of my life first, then I'll snap a photo and attach it. Do you have any minifigs which you don't want and available for exchange? I'm even thinking to get rid of some other stuffs (which I'll attach as well once I have identified). No worries, all in good condition as I keep most things in the display cabinet, those that requires stickers I did not stick. So stickers are in the box as well, brand new.
Man, I really got into the Lego poison lar, couldn't stop buying it especially the Castle theme. Collecting all the knights minifigs, 'cun' like crazy Do you have those Lego poison too? My colleagues and friends think I'm really mad.
i spent ~RM2000 in LEGO within 3 months. and im student, no income ...
btw, this is my modified version of viking long boat

Wow, it looks cool man but like always must see the real set. I was quite disappointed when I see the X-Wing real set, doesn't look like a RM349.90 set. Hey, are you a Lego Star Wars fan?
i only collect castle theme and technic theme
