QUOTE(ESLord @ Jul 4 2012, 05:52 PM) Fasting means can save more money to upgrade. like kiara, the 4k loop has alot of climbs at the start, good for training. most prople go there cos each loop is quick. like 2k, go in go out lepak at pondok. kdcf lepak beside the lake. but the 4k loop can be torture also if its wet. the riders who like to join races sometimes do multiple loops nonstop. Btw, anyone ride KDCF before? Any comment/review of the trail? QUOTE(kaizer @ Jul 4 2012, 10:37 PM) yeah. really need to have proper climbing technique, if not sure get stuck or wheelie. |

QUOTE(Cyphereza @ Sep 1 2012, 10:56 AM) What is so great about RRI trails? I only see flat double tracks everywhere. Can't seem to enjoy cycling there but some of the crowd seems to differ. good for training. xc and road racers like RRI. i almost vomit following a racer training ride a long long time ago. go uphill also average 20km/h, on the flat or slight climbs they were doing 30-35km/h. RRI site A is flatter than B. B is the one near kota damansara, more hilly. letua team used to train at site A for speed from my bike shop friend. now dunno, i semi retired liao |

hands numb means weight distribution wrong already. almost all of your weight should be on the saddle or pedals. if you ride mostly flat then adjust saddle height and fore/aft position. if got alot of downhills numb palms mean you didnt move your hips back enough, alot of the weight on the palms and handlebar.

a way to test if weight distribution is correct is to lift both hands from handlebar whether going uphill or downhill (although i dont recommend doing it on technical downhill or at very high speeds). if can lift then it means weight distribution ok, most of the weight at the saddle and crank.
balls numb either change saddle, or adjust fore/aft/height/angle |
