I was wondering if I were to sell my old iPad / iPhone away , do I just have to do a quick restore and all the memories inside the phone is gone ?
Or is full restore needed ? how do I do full restore ?

Connect ur device to iTunes and click restore to factory settings. Either right click at the icon on the left or at the main page of ur device should have an option
