DiGi Easy cannot do TalkTime Transfer, in or out
Only the mini-loan, TalkTime Advance is available We have to spend our Easy credit, that how the "free" calls are financed |

Understand that digi allows prepaid users to transfer max RM40 per month as I already did yesterday. Question is how does Digi calculate per month max talktime transfer? Every beginning of the month? Or bcuz I transferred rm40 yday so I'm only allowed to transfer the credit in another mth eg 25 june. Pls assist urgently, tq!

QUOTE(starry-starry @ May 26 2013, 02:38 PM) Question is how does Digi calculate per month max talktime transfer? From what I know of DiGi, it is likely to be calendar month. Then, you can try again on 01 June. |

QUOTE(dgboy @ May 26 2013, 04:23 PM) Wanna find out cuz my credit is expiring soon prior end of month and I only managed to transfer max of RM40 only. Considering to finish all credit by all means eg calls, sms, games purchase etc or I'd actually top up RM10 to perform another RM40 talktime transfer. Dont wanna take the risk of reloading if it's not by calendar month. Thought of calling Digi CS but lost faith in them cuz incorrect answer given as they told me I'd transfer max RM50 per month and RM10 per transaction! Digi centre CS was even worse, told me max RM15 per day and unlimited talktime transfer in a month!! |

Instead of topping up, you can always talktime transfer back RM3 to your line to reactivate it for 2 days.

Does this applicable to new prepaid card too?! Cuz I'm currently transferring credit balance from my current no to this new no. Did not pay much attention to the expiry date right after I transferred rm40 to the new no but it seems to be the same if not mistaken.. |

Transferred credit only has 2 days validity, so it won't make any difference if the recipient's expiry date is more than two days away. |

Ok, I think I got what you meant now. Somehow just got confused and all mixed up! Haha.. I can actually transfer rm3 with 2 days validity to the expired no in order to transfer rm40 for the next month! Thanks for the solution!!! And if you happen to find out whether it is based on calender month, do let me know |
