Hi, Just received my battery. So, does the same rule apply with this batt where you use up all the juice first and then charge till full or do I need to charge it for 8 hours for the first time?

that first time thing is a myth for newer type of batteries (li ion or li pol)

just use like normal

but would advice doesn't matter old or new battery, try not to let it drop below 20%. will help prolong their lifespan

but don't worry even if drop below until 0% is ok wan, won't kong so fast but just that can use for longer only
