As for the teams in the waiting list, what is their current situation? Do they have to go tomorrow to wait for empty slots?

Mostly yea because if you experienced Dota tournament some of they wont appear for the tournament and some will be late ,so the waiting list has a chance to participate if any of the following reasons occur.

Everything never plan as well.

First 16th seed took place random at 9.40 and the other 10 seeds took place after 9.50-10.10 where the registration closed and had to bi just to make the top 8 bracket alive and some of the players might have difficulty into resolving it but some teams can't be punctual but all went well in the end.

dude the top 8 will be play on saturday or sunday? just now i asked a marshal say is sunday. By the way i got exam on saturday. One of the participant from top 8.
