Boss, bought Ainol Hero 10 at your Digital Mall branch last Friday. I have some issues regarding the tab, not sure if its battery or charger/charger port problem. I only noticed the prob last Tuesday night.

Whenever I switch on the tab, battery charging icon will appear as if the charger is plugged into the tab. After it loads into the main window, the status under the date, it says "Charged". Again, as if the charger is plugged into the tab. When I check Settings > About Tablet > Status, the Battery Status stated Full (usually it'll say Discharging if charger not plugged in) and under it is Battery Level, it shows 6% only. I'm confused. Not sure what went wrong or which part is faulty. Even after I switch off the tab, the charging icon will still appear after that.

And this issue, leads to another one I guess. After charging, using the tab only like 30 mins, I switch off, when I switch on again, the battery is down to 4-6% only, every single time. I cannot brain this. So is the tab is discharging or draining the battery itself because of this issue? Ah and another one I just noticed as I'm writing this, the Battery Level is going up w/o me charging. The tab can discharge and charge the battery by itself? This is too haywire, man. Need some help figuring out these problems. It's only been one week so to speak
