the screen protector bundle with the ainol novo 7 fire doesnt cover the screen fully ,do u sell one that covers it like this one?

bro the ainol novo 7 fire i got from u has never been able to play DTS audio movies(only dts, ac3, aac,mp3, all works), is there a fix for it? or can i send back for warranty?
