I bought aurora 2 from your shop today at Lowyat 4th floor at ASUS. when back home only i realize that the screen protector already put on my tablet.

Is it my tablet a second hand item?

Warranty, how long? 3 months?? Guaranty, how long (usually none)???

I was very unlucky.... bought China brand tablet (at low yat), after 2 weeks it cannot start. Send back to the seller, and he promise I will get it back within 48 hours (2 working days, their office(technicians) do not work on weekend). It is more than a week already still do not get it back... sob sob..

Just a piece of advice, be friendly before the buyer purchased and be a friend after the purchased... and tell this to all your seller, and your business will never end but prosper.
