Received the item today. All works well, except when I try to use USB OTG on it, it doesn't detect my external hard drive or pendrive when I open it on root explorer or file browser. Do I have to send the unit to you? Or is there any way to solve it?


EDIT: Pendrive works. A notification saying preparing external storage appeared when I plugged the pendrive using the OTG cable. I have to turn on usb debugging. However, it still can't detect the 2.5" external hard disk.

u try change ur hdd format use "NTFS", i think ur hdd format is FAT32 de... if pendrive can work means the player OTG function is no problem de (we got test WD n Buffalo 1tb 2.5 inch HDD, aurora II all can play de)

Err one more thing. After the screen goes black due to inactivity(sleep mode?), it can't turn on?

EDIT: had to remove sd card and re-insert it to be able to turn it on. However regarding the ext hard disk card, it still doesn't work. My cable have (Y type) 2 usb, 1 for power(never used) and the other that normally used for laptop/computers. Is that a problem?
