u can go cube website download the firmware n try flash the player, normally software problem can be solve after flash the firmware de... (so strongly recommend buy the player which u can find official website n it got provide firmware download de), if hardware problem u better find the ori seller de if the player still under warranty...

which model can make call, use internal 3g (sure if can make call can use 3g simcard right?) 1.5ghz dual core processor (true), 1gb ddr3, ips screen, can use stylus pen (this one if can la), good camera atleast 5 mega pixel at the back and 2 mega pixel at the front and can play all hd games now in the google market or download from the other website...do china brand have tegra gpu? or atleast adreno gpu or some other power gpu that u have..because i want to play NOVA, CS portable, Backstab HD, Max Payne, Street Fighter, Spiderman and other games that is use demanding graphic with no lag and also strong wifi...because my old zenithink the wifi signal are so terrible..sometimes it turn off or the signal just lost even u are at the front of the modem and also seldom hang...if u have can give me which model and how much...tq and sori if i'm asking too much....hehehe
