Ordered the Trunk storage box from the seller. Package received within 2 working days.
As I opened it up, i noticed the right storage box was wet and a bit torn. I know that the defect was due to the delivery as i can see there is a hole on the package.

I MMS the seller, he called me back and agreed to send me a new 1.
I come home from work today and i can see the package has arrived, I opened it up, it was wrapped carefully and is in good condition.

Highly recommended seller, as i been purchasing online quite often, I have seen some seller choose not to respond to the defect and ignored.

But not with Kenny, he took the trouble and resend me a new 1. The customer service is excellent and i hope ppl who read my feedback can buy from him with confident.
