Hi guys,

I am new here, and I just started weight lifting about 2 months ago.. I am 173cm tall and 72kg weight.. (with about 21% fat). I am into squat and deadlift (with some other exercise like military press etc).

I am looking for power rack (or squat rack) so that I can squat properly, used power rack is also acceptable as long as in good condition.

Anyone know where to look for this thing? My budget is below 3K.

bar bell pun midway, hook the bench can do 60deg sit up,

got machine flyer, almost everything... almost....

This one is in the UK, are you in UK? I am in Malaysia, I prefer local retailer because if I buy from overseas the shipping cost itself can be more expensive than the item I am buying.

There are a LOT of squat stand and power rack on sale in ebay!.. But sadly all are in the US or UK.. if I include shipping cost the price will be almost doubled.

I do found a few malaysian retailers selling it but they don't reply to my inquiry, I guess there are not interested to sell to a chap like me.. they have their hand full with big orders from commercial gyms I guess.

that is what I do when I see salesman who look down on me... e.g a sales man A refuse to entertain me then I ask him to get lost and ask his colleague B to come and I buy a lot more than waht I ask A...

Terengganu at where bro? My home town at Kuala Terengganu only.

Too bad i cant buy those equipmnt bcoz i stay at rent house here. But lucky at Klang Valley got alot of gym unlike in my hometown.
But i still thinking if we can made our own squat rack. Any1 done before?

Hi, have the power rack arrived yet? How long did it take for it to get here in Malaysia?
