It is only released on 4chan so far...but expact those extra exe and a batch file,it look pretty good if you miss the same tool on linux:

Oh yeah,to do just a normal display,you need to open a Command Prompt on the folder which cmdfetch is located,so if you don't know how to use cmd.exe,it is better tp use Shell Extension like this:

To do the job.

how to make this cmd fetch autorun whwn open cmd?

but it looped and won't stop,
