This examiner's way of asking is more complicated than the previous.  But I can still answer Q2 and Q3.

btw, P6 today is much better although I did sth wrong in Q1 too.  Q2 dunno what's that. lol.. At least am able to attempt all questions

Let me start with P6 
I've lose 33 marks with writing rubbish on the Q1(i)(2), Q1(ii)Approved R&D and Q2(i) Inventory

The questions come to be easy but once I did not read it, that's it!!! 

I'm happy with the Settlement, RPGT and PE. (Hope I score there)

Really brutal P6 today.

Hey tzxsean, ur settlement prediction came out    I just took a glimpse, didnt really look into it..hopefully can pick up some marks.

Sad IPC/OHQ/RDC didnt come out.
Dont wanna look back liao...just wait for 2 months + for the result

calculation is not the crucial point to pass (nevertheless important)

But nonetheless I screwed up Q2 too, totally no idea what to write.  Q1 (ii) too, sigh..

Q4 Income of Mr. A, does Para 28, Sch 6 apply here?

Yeah, it's like going for P1, all theories, LOL..

I wrote subject to tax because he exercised employment in Msia, forgot those derivation

FPC no PE because although Mr. A is FPC's agent, his duties are mainly auxillary and unable to conclude contracts on behalf of FPC.

(i) I wrote what settlement is about, ie. transfer of asset/income.  Normally an individual with a higher tax bracket attempts to transfer his income to another who has a lower tax bracket to avoid tax
This is why anti-avoidance provision of S.65 comes into place to tackle this issue.
A settlement is only caught if:
1. the transfer is of no valuable consideration
2. the transfer is voluntary (not a result of court order)

But I still find the marks allocated to it a bit high

(ii)explains the deeming provision S.65(1) the unmarried, 21 years old, single thingy.
how it applies to the scenario, state on who and how shld the income be taxed

I've met you on an F9 discussion on OpenTution before and you came across as an arrogant guy who actually knows nothing about the subject on debate. The subject is on working capital policy, and whether or not you need to further discount a present value after finding the perpetuity of the future cash flow, if that PV was on a future year. For example if the perpetuity occurs after Year n, you will need to further discount the PV by (1+discount rate)^n

No need to thank me, just make sure you actually KNOW what you're talking about the next time you act like a know-it-all. And yes, it is an ACT because you DO NOT KNOW what you're talking sometimes.

the one you did is Present value ..not Net Cash flow before tax :S

I really made mistake as i thought that ACCA would be easier than it really is.

You dont need to drag me in indirectly, i am just giving my opinion. There is no 100% working solution to pass ACCA Exam but at least we try different ways to increase our chances of passing. You dont buy my opinion, you can give your opinion but you dont need to discourage the other members here.
