Sorry that I just realised cannot recommend whose lecturer to go as im new member?! lol...I'm not lecturer, I'm student from Kaplan Singapore, and Joe Fang taught there last semester too...

his conso style is very unique, fast and understandable if work closely wt him, Im not his F7 student bt he did his best to giv us/refresh wat is taught in F7. Tat's y I like him...bt of coz MUST revised, revised and revised all std & do more practices for conso~

wat i dun like is he only given out all past yr question and ans only during revision cls, most pf the part time student may nt have much time to prepare!

Joe Fang is a seasoned lecturer. Many who mentioned about him also talked about his teaching style that is not suitable to them. And they did not talk about anything other than his teaching style, which compared to the rest of the "unrecommended" list, is already superb.

Better not jump to conclusions just because some people are not familiar with his teaching style. You might be hurting his rice bowl without solid evidence.

Also just because someone created an account to talk about a lecturer doesn't mean that he's a dupe account. Someone has to start somewhere in this forum. Professional scepticism is good, but please don't jump into conclusions. Let him post a few more times and then judge the person.
