A sales person called me saying they are releasing 50 developer units or Bumi units @ 580psf with 7% + 10% discount. This essentially makes it 485psf. Comes with A/C in every room and kitchen cabinets with hood. Only 1 car park though. I thought all condos come with at least 2 these days. Projected completion by next year.

Worth buying? Planning for own stay.

BTW, what's the difference between Centro and Centro V?

Ok.i should've mentioned. The 7% is actually bumi discount. And it is bumi lots. Still...., worth buying?
