Glomac centro is located at a totally low class awful location.  Its at the worst part of kayu ara, not only is glomac Centro surrounded by indon kampung, but also numerous low cost flats inhabited by ex  squatters whose second generation now terrorize the area as mat rempit.

What about the narrow road from  BU passing by pelangi utama leading up to centro? Completely awful sight with rubbish strewn along the road and double parked cars jamming up the whole way.

But of course, in this point of time, everyone can make money from the worst locations. Thats why earlier buyers are selling. But would u want to buy this location and do you have the risk appetite to sustain this in he next few years  ?
