I7-2670QM is better.

If u can stretch the budget and not gaming, I think u better buy XPS 14z as it is lighter and slimmer
Trust me, having a 15 inch laptop which weights at 3kg is tiring when u need to bring it all the time

Xps 15 only better the FHD screen and warranty servics , need add RM411 + RM599(3 year warranty). If not add, better buy other brand.

Higher price (also waranty). I think waiting ivy bridge(jun-july-2012 release) is better. Dell Xps also very higher temperature. maybe 2011 has a user choice dell xps. now I think not more user buy.
