Accident on Thurday...my 5 months old persona gone....and its not my fault, was driving straight road, and reaching cross junction the malay lady suddenly come out couldnt stop in time, i was driving aroun 70 that time...luckily im ok..

there is a question i want to ask, is it possible for me to claim compensation fee from insurance because i have no car to use? i heard some of my friend telling me about it. its like i can get to claim maybe RM30/day as my transportation fee from the other person insurance
