i was planning to get one from garage sales after hearing comments from one of the forumer of this thread.

but after u say got fake yoobao products out there, i am kinda scare already  blink.gif

I think those are not fake but AP set. I got AP set for 2 days and I returned to seller. Then I bought Malaysia set and I feel like the surface finishing is much difference. The malaysia set is more expensive but I think it's worth the money.

What people don't realize is thinking advance setting actually saves juice. Advance setting saves juice if you know how to set it right. If you set it wrong, your phone will burn juice faster.

I uses advance and totally have no problem with it. On heavy usage, I can last 12-14 hours. Considering like heavy using about 3-4 hours. The rest are light stuffs.
*
How you define "heavy"? For me, heavy is like playing games which drains 30% battery per hour for me.

I agree, Go keyboard has the best multilingual input so far, even so if you type english+chinese+japanese, can switch between them instantly. Also the japanese input is quite complete. And ya the chinese handwriting support is quite accurate. Now if only they fix the annoying bug which I've been bugging them for the past few months via email spamming..
*
I just download and try Go keyboard. It's indeed a great keyboard with swipe supported. I throw away touchPal and use Go keyboard now biggrin.gif
It comes with so many languages, this is really nice. Japanese words also recognized well.

Scared me till death. My phone suddenly unable to wake up. Means the screen just go black. I called with other number, got ringing. But screen is sleep. Then i take out the batt, put back again, now everything work fine. Phew. Dang not even 24 hours old. =.="

Did any of you face this thing?
*
Hmm...What is your kernal? Have you tweak CPU? If the lowest cpu MHZ too low, sometimes it cannot wake up after sleep.

poweramp + louder is heaven sent
I think Google should have PowerAmp and pre-loaded into android system. At the first day I got my s2 and plug the ear phone, what I got was blurry sound. I thought Samsung give us cheap 1 ringgit phone until I installed PowerAmp.

Hmm, was wondering if there's any stylus for s2, where the tip is like S-Pen.. Not those big-fat-head type..
*
I did a deep search about this and I realise that 99% are round head pen, this is due to capacitive screen. But there is a special sharp point pen , brand name Dagi. I didn't buy it because I don't need it but you can search in ebay. It's much more expensive than regular rounded pen but if you want to draw precisely, it is worth to buy.

I just ordered a Dagi P507 stylus.

Any good keyboard app to recommend that allows me to do text input by writing (handwriting style)?

I saw a few app in Google Play Store but not sure which one to get  rclxub.gif
Looking forward to play Draw Something with my new stylus (akan datang)...haha  biggrin.gif
*
How much you bought that? As far as I know, Touchpal supports handwriting, including chinese language.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll check out Touchpal.

I ordered directly from Dagi website. Cost USD23 including shipping.

Oh, reasonable price. Please write a review after you get it.
