i'm using market enabler to install chrome beta but fail it still able to detect where i'm from? how to use it actually?

currently which custom roms solved the phone contacts delete / edit issue & double sms?
wanted to try turkbeyics is it a good bet? currently using thebyani but the contacts bugs issue is still there.
