guys, in order to flash superROM on i9100G, can i flash v2.0 via CWM, or i have to flash v1.0 first then v2.0 ??? HELP PLZ

im on custom ROM and want to flash a new custom ROM, should i go back to STOCK ROM first THEN the new custom one ? or its okay to flash another custom over custom, with wiping cache and dalvink ...

i downloaded ROM Toolbox today, and NOTHING is working whatsoever... im the only person on the earth with this problem !!! any ideas why ??? :'(
