I tried Juice defender before, but it doesn't really help much from preventing the juice to be drained off quickly..

QUOTE(kidz125 @ Mar 22 2012, 03:00 PM) already use the factory reset but still stuck in flightmode and also sim card not detected.. all things such as gps, wifi and bluetooth still functioning like usual.. Luckily before this i backed up my /efs folder (which contains my IMEI) and i'd try a lot of method last week when my phone suddenly have no IMEI..Added on March 22, 2012, 3:03 pm after my sgs2 not detecting sim card and stuck in flightmode the IMEI number just gone blank.. there is no number displayed on screen.. i never root my phone and how to restore back the IMEI number?? what u can do is to follow a tutorial from xda-dev and if i'm not mistaken its under the General Android help, title is something like "restoring IMEI" or sumthing.. Go search at xda-developers.com okay? im lucky i got a very2 old backup of my IMEI.. after 3days of 'No Sim' and blank IMEI. i restore my IMEI using Hellcat's K-Tool.. Try to find the thread in xda-dev yah? I posted the link in the previous thread (v29) if u can find it *grin* |

Sometimes people will find relatively insignificant things to badger over.
As long as it doesn't get uncomfortable to use, I think the temperature wouldn't be noticed. |

QUOTE(Fallenangelz @ Mar 22 2012, 04:01 PM) ya lor me too wei. i'm so amused by my boss using ipo®n 4 and ipo®n 4s, they are so clever to restrain themselves to only do things allowed by rotten fruit co. i tot this is a smart generation that owns smartphone, who knows it turn out to be smart phone generation that owns dumb users. I have to say though, if a person who's not into tech and isn't a power user asks me which phone to recommend, I'll say iPhone. Easy, no need to think, what you see is what you get. Grid of icons, to enter an app, just press that icon. Anything, defer to iTunes. It's the perfect smartphone for tech noobs.P/S: 2 things that will survive the zombie apocalypse: 1. blonde 2. ifags Of course, once you're ready to take training wheels off and have a far richer experience, Android is the way to go. That's it, after a week using ICS, I am fed up with the lagging and the sluggishness of ICS, reverting back to GB..
Stable and smooth and battery saver.. GB FTW ! |
