Yeah..you can either use CWM manager app or three button combo to go into recovery mode. (volume up + home button + power button). Then you can navigate from there to install your custom kernel/roms zip files.

What rom is that? Install betterbatterystats and check for apps draining your batt.

Did you close all your apps?

It could be rom issue as well. We cant tell you what is wrong unless you install better battery stats and ss the screen.

Oh Miui Rom. Look under partial wakelock tab. See if any app is running non-stop. Also under "others" tab to check if your device is truly awake vs. screen on.

BEcause of this, I might want to try MIUI. Just that I am lazy. Long time with CheckROm v6 le...mcam die hard fan pulak 

I mean, if you have no apps installed that is fine could be rom issue. If you have FB, Twitter etc etc it could easily burn battery as well.

If you have just flashed it, you got to make a full (or a few full) cycle run before you can determine the batter life le =.="
Err, try Power + Home button? Can't remember cos I really long time no use MIUI.

As for the BBS, usually run it for a day and see the results.

Correct. Did you flash any official ICS rom using odin before? If yes you may need to flash the bootloader codeworkx recommended. If from GB should be OK. But still recommended to flash it.

Try CM9 if you seldom need video recording. 

Your installation or setup definitely got problem. It is very smooth on my phone.

Wah my friend with HTC sensation just updated his phone to ICS (official update) and seems like very smooth, much smoother than before, and so far haven't encounter and problem. So nice.

Something is wrong like what Iori said. CheckROM v6 is far smoother than stock. One of the best rom out there.

The new update from Samsung for non G model is horrible! 
I just finished charging my phone and after 1 hour of not using it, it's now only 10% battery left and they ask to connect the  charger. When it was on GB, I could use my PC to charge while my phone was on wifi and when I'm online on my phone. Now, the battery drains so fast when I use my PC to charge and when my phone is on standby mode.

if you want siyah, first what you're using? gingerbread or ice cream sandwich?

then you go gokhanmoral.com copy the download link and post here, ask the taikors here for help if that is the correct link

then you download ad, ask the taikor here what exactly must you do next, write down your steps that you plan to take and ask them correct or not

actually it is very easy, i will briefly guide you

assuming you're using ics, and assuming your kernel has cwm, then you download the latest siyah 3.0 beta 7, then put it inside ur internal memory card. then you press 3 button combo enter recovery mode, then you choose flash update from sdcard then you choose from internal sdcard then you use ur volume button or menu button to navigate till you reach the siyah's .zip file. then you select it, and select yes, then it will flash. then you just back back reboot system.

optional: before flash update, in cwm you go advance>clear dalvik cache>yes

the left side first part, you didnt screen on, your awake not so much but it still dipped like that, so you have some wakelocks problems, maybe kernel wakelocks. the other near horizontal parts of the graph also, shouldnt be that steep wan. if you can make it quite horizontal, then you powah ad. btw you not using battery saving apps to turn off your data right? could be reason why it dips like that.

safely disconnect it like pendrive, will appear wan, when you choose you can see android or samsung something, then you just click safely remove la. will corrupt if you really unlucky, happened to me before, true story

After updating, when I use my fb app, I open the notifications, I can't click on it. I can see the notifications but cannot click to access it. :@ Anyone having same issue?

i got the same problem. i tot my Turkbey got prob. been flashing wanamlite, turkbey and GB back just because of this FB. arghhhhh....  after further test the alignment is somewhat missed. try this... open notification and tap right at the edge of each update in notification. it will open up

I need to restore to Stock ROM for some reason and found this tutorial.

I found it a bit too hard and would appreciate if someone could post a simplified procedure to restore to stock ROM.
