My card already more than 1 year.
That day when PS called me on other product, i ask them am I eligible to the 0% balance transfer? He said yes even your card is more than 1 year, because you can just sign up another new card to eligible for it...

Maybank, we want 0% balance transfer for 12months++, not guarantee gift with high interest rate

I also rejected by HL bank last few month(first time being reject for CC application), after that my fren appeal and it approved.
I also have good spending pattern, never pay single cent for interest, have 2 house loan, 1 car loan.
I think it might be due to I am having too many credit cards, total credit limit is huge amount, that y reject or what.
I think maybe you try to lower down your credit limit in others credit card then it should be ok.
