About this promo, I got call from Maybank..they also offer cash treat up to 36months but with some interest. So I just pass their promo since its a contest, if no luck no s3 or free tab tongue.gif I asked them when will get 0% BT, they said maybe end of this year...so to those who want to do BT, i think its not hurt to wait few more months since Maybank got 12months 0% history

so better to wait for their 0% promo then...

i just wondering.. let say we take the 0% promo for 12 months... if cannot settle during the 12 months.. the interest rate will be back to normal?
i'm not really clear about this BT thing... saw the promo from Maybank.. i thought i should sign-up but trying to seek opinion abt it first..

thanks

maybank BT usually will distribute ur BT amount to 12month(incase you take 12month BT).. for example you BT rm1.2k for 12months, so your maybank cc statements will shows rm100 (1/12) for first month and rm100 (12/12) for last month of BT. if you not paid the full amount each month, you will get charged according to normal cc rates. hope you get clear on this. this only true for maybank and others who follow the same rule tongue.gif

ic ic..

so if let say RM100 (1/12) and then for that month i pay RM200 (xtra rm100 payment) so i should finish the balance in 6 month.. will there be a penalty?

if there's a penalty.. apart from the penalty thing.. it should be ok to pay more than the rm100 correct?

TIA
