Public Bank balance transfer is quite fast Applied on 15th March, it was approved on 18th March, they did IBG to Cimb on 19th March, Cimb got the funds on 22nd March, hopefully will get the cashback asap from the balance transfer Rm238 to offset the interest of Rm250, I only need to pay Rm12 for the balance transfer charge

Better use fax, I did it once, less than 5 days for them to process it

to expedite the process, after faxing the necessary documents, give cs a call. they will then give a phone number to the department processing the request, I forgot which department is that, ask them if they have received your fax
