Guys for RHB I want to fully utilize it before 30th, so the limit depend on

(a) Available Limit MYR
OR
(b) Available Credit MYR

My available credit is more than available limit.

which means...

if your credit limit = rm100k
your bt capacity = rm80k

1) if you already used rm30k in your purchase, you only left rm70k balance for bt
2) if you have overpaid rm1k (means cl = rm101k), you still only have rm80k for bt
*
nothing to do with BT, i know it is 80% of available CL.

What is the difference between available limit and available credit?

Available Limit MYR 4,000
Available Credit MYR 4,500

my 80% based on which?

Does this mean i have unbilled transactions MYR 500 and 80% based on available limit?

Guys, is this possible for AEON BT?

Done 1st BT with Bank A June Statement

I want to do 2nd BT with the same Bank A June Statement (as in 1st BT)..

Do you get what i mean?
*
Purpose of so?

I've done this before due to complication of credit limit but the total amount is less or equal to outstanding in the same statement. They even called me to asked if it is ok to pay all in one.

Apply for Aeon credit card, the reason you do BT while you have cash in hand is because the BT itself should cost you nothing.

I guess when we are all playing with BT and then FD the cash.. we are kiasu to a certain degree. As for those BT cause cannot pay back, good luck digging yourself out of that hole.
*
true but for me also have to be considerate, a non-money making product simply means the company will find way to cut cost. This include terminating the BT offer biggrin.gif

i have 2 credit cards, UOB and MBB

now my UOB bill is Rm3000, if i want to do the balance transfer do i follow this cart?
MBB: http://www.maybank2u.com.my/WebBank/BTConvTable_240713.pdf
UOB: https://www1.uob.com.my/personal/promotions..._fixedpayBT.htm

if i BT with MBB 6 months, 0.5% * 6 months?
if i BT with UOB 6 months, 3.3%/12*6?
is that correct?

i saw another link from UOB: http://www1.uob.com.my/personal/cards/feat...eatures_BT.html
which one to follow?

BT took how many days? the due date is near tho, just received the bill today..
*
you can only BT from UOB to Maybank; cannot be same bank.

days is really subjective; range from 7 days to 14 days.

QUOTE(RokXIII @ Jul 18 2014, 10:17 AM)
guys, need advice here:

I would like to BT from PBB to AEON, but the statement for PBB will only available on 25/26th, and I will be traveling oversea on 25th for 2 weeks. BT amount is around RM1800. Any idea how I manage to do the BT before i depart?

Did anyone try if PBB can release the statement earlier upon requested?
*
unfortunately Aeon require statement to support. what you can only do is seek help from your family member, pre-sign the BT application form and submit when statement is available. Need international roaming as well since Aeon needs to verify.

Now i only know perform BT with Aeon entitle CB. No wonder got extra rm74 cb and i keep quite dont dare to tell all.

I BT RM16000 from Aeon, already repay RM 9000, how to calculate the cb earned?
*
cash back?

New Aeon Visa Credit Card? You are new sign up and is an existing Aeon member? Previously sign up for 3 years membership? Cash back come in form of RM 50 and RM24?

if your answer is yes to all above, it is not CB from BT but promo from AEON for Aeon member that sign up for their New Visa CC. Rm50 for GST i suppose and RM24 is the membership fee that you paid.

My BT application to Aeon has been declined. No reason stated.
So my overpayment there is stuck again. May need to request for refund again, all the trouble to find out the PBB cheque details.......

Has anyone 's BT application to Aeon been rejected despite adequate CR balance?
*
Never been rejected before, play right to the limit of 80% CL.

I made early settlement for my BSN BT recently and no interest was charge on the settlement balance.

Anyone ever try early settlement for Standard Chartered flexy-payment or Citibank Cash-on-Dial? Do they still charge interest?
*
Mind sharing BSN scheme for BT?

Haha stupid people alot in this world. Like a fellow forumer said, he surely doesn't know how to manage his finances. Dude, Aeon offers 6 months 0%, Maybank offers 12 months 0%. Affinbank offers 0% for 6 months, BSN offers 0.3% for 12 months.

Saw the 4 banks above? Why borrow loan? Crazy.
*
affin still on? i called mid july the told me no more.

maybank 12 months?

details please tongue.gif
