Public bank offered the Best Balance Transfer in town. Just done a huge BT to other bank, no need attach any statement, no need call to verify, just fax over the form with any amount you wish (as long below your CL), then appear in system less than 4 working days.

just to update, PB BT to Aeon approval and appear in system only 2 working days, fund appear in target bank in 5 working days, not bad!
