anyone did BT with CIMB for 0% interest for 6 months?

How much need to pay to avoid any interest charged if I did BT on RM6000?

Should I pay RM1000 (1/6) or RM300 (5%) for first month statement?

UOB new customer. 0% for 6 months. 1% for 12 months. BT up to 80% of credit limit.

Now this is interesting.

Say i spent 2k on M2C, i can do BT to my Aeon Gold and how does the repayment work for 0%?

Basically delay the whole payment while you can earn interest with FD or whatever investment?

lol ya i suppose the banks are betting that you will spend the extra cash. So basically i can just BT all my credit card usage to AEON and get away with interest free instalment.

And i read that i do get points for BT rite?

My CC payment is due on 16th July, counting today that is about 10 working days only. Worth the gamble?

Guys need advice,

my hong leong now have 6k debt
and i have an aeon cc.

should i bt from hong leong to aeon? but aeon only offer 6mnth 0% interest. i cant pay off 6k in 6mnth

or any other card sifu here can recommend?

i tried to call CS last time, the CS told me there is 1-2 grace day for late payment charge
but the interest charge will kick in and will have no grace day
i not sure if this is correct or not

I have an interest free installment plan with UOB of 3 years. Would it be possible if I do balance transfer to another bank while maintaining the same payment per month for 3 years?

Anybody got idea how this will work?

I got Balance transfer and Retail transactions outstanding on my statement, If I had to make payment, which one of it will offset first?

e.g.
BT - RM1000
Retail transactions - RM50

Payment RM200

I BT RM1500 while the statement balance is 1501.92. this means the payment is done right?But statement balance still display RM1501.92?

I don't understand UOB balance transfer statement.

It written there 3000 (my full BT amount). But isn't it like just 500 per month. And the min amount to pay is RM150.

So can I just pay RM150 for 5 months then clear it off during the last month?

Or I have to split myself equally which is 500 per month.

Currently the SC BT I had help me split already and I only require to pay that statement amount.

AND You must pay the full outstanding amount on the last day of the BT program (not based on Statement Due Date)
To know your last day, call the CS.
If you paid earlier, you get early settlement fee, if you pay later, you get Finance Charges (waiveable)

I don't really understand the quote part.

Does it mean that I only have to pay the minimum amount for the BT and clear my full retail statement (the one which swipe using the card)?

I've just applied for a Standard Chartered credit card. Is it possible to do a balance transfer to PBB immediately next month? Would there be a grace period?
