Wah piang,near ASM steel mill factory $500 psf. Kai wan siou meh? Why not $1500 psf for ASM view.

If I'm not mistaken,ku suites comes with expensive kitchen appliances.
IMHO,price is too high for this part of shah alam. Older condo in mont kiara now $400+psf. |

FYI,i city project around almost 20 years but still not hot.IMHO, It's a slow area.
