ok tested edi. both phone and lappy using same wifi. lappy got around 4mbps download and 5.5mbps upload. phone got around 2.9mbps download and 1.7mbps upload. so does that mean the cpu processing power does play a part?

Went and search but ended up with threads WTS products with fast processors. Ok I got some info, copied from those threads.

ok lappy and phone tested 4 times liao. lappy results quite stable, 4mbps download and 6.2mbps upload. phone totally not stable, the more i try the faster it gets

i kena b4 bill shock , last time when i just bought my fon still dun have internet plan la. I know use internet sure mahal 1...so i 'control' my usage. Downloaded raging thunder 2 and paper toss, adjusted those weather widget settings and slight android market browsing. that time i not that active in LYN yet so no LYN la.
