How did you come to know abt the termite infestation? Also what were the steps taken to eliminate them?

I did reno when I took over the unit, contractor noticed termites when dismantle the old wardrobe. They got rid of it and did some preventive measures by spraying some poison as well as treated wood.

Thanks! We wanted a lasting design that can look good for years, resort style it is. Have a new unit coming next year, cracking my head what to do with it, not sure if I should bring the same design over.

Window was done by main contractor so I have no idea where he get it from. Dimension 156" x 78" (material: aluminum - epoxy with wood grain) RM 7800.00, this price was 6 yrs ago.

A search in Google under "Malaysia's folding window manufacturer" will give you some results.

Hmmm....my place is very near Dewan Bahasa, 5 mins walk from Maharajalela monorail station. It's either you hunt for your ideal home or find a good location then put in effort and money to reno & furnish it.

Im looking place which is near cheras. but cant find any idea place. is too expensive as for now... saw one condo near permaisuri is almost 500. when i want to buy it, the seller raise to over 500...

Prices of properties had gone up tremendously over the last few years. You just have to look harder or perhaps find location that is not too far away.
