I've added two word filters, that will replace &ref= and ?ref= with &flyingspaghettimonster= and ?flyingspaghettimonster= respectively, if you have legitimate links (i.e. non commercial referral links) that are being replaced, do let me know via the Feedback and Helpdesk.
