i booked hotels twice through expedia and they did not dissapoint. Both hotels had the record and I had no problem checking-in. Their expedia apps also is very nice. It will have the hotel information and your booking information. Even have directions to the hotel in google map.

However to be safe, always call the hotel few days in advance to make sure they have your records and are ready to accept you to check-in. You can also tell them if you will be checking in late due to late flight and so on.
