Nowadays traffic congestion occurs everywhere, even smaller road from Taman to major road.
Highway is not that bad, mostly slow moving instead of stand still in smaller road.

This project have a link bridge to University LRT station, so is very convenient.

Went to their sales office in Kota Damansara. Very impressed with the project and if what the developer has promised are all done, I think this project is investable, things like linking to Universiti LRT, private medical center, shopping complex, new access roads etc. They are marketing the office block now. They are also offering their selected clients, staff and associates to buy the service residence. Not open to public yet. Was told that only remaining high floors which is around RM800-900psf. I heard the low floors after 5+5% discount, were selling around RM620-650psf, good buy in my opinion but unfortunately all sapu-ed already. Heard they r opening 2nd block soon for service residence. If less than RM700psf, interested to get a small unit.....like 550sf. Developer is giving kitchen cab and 2 air-con and car park. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif Any comment?

Haha.. Able to get a unit which is rm650 psf..

Heard that the 2nd phase will start at 10~15% more than now which means the cheapest shall be starting ard rm700psf.. Still a good choice.. For your information, those small unit facing inner for phase 1 already started at rm750 psf, only those more than 800sqft was selling ard rm630psf..

I feel that this place can easily fetch around rm800 psf after 4 years of construction period..

Any comment from you guys?!
