I agree bro. Right now, as far as I know, his parents are not aware of this!!
Thank you boss. Yea, Kesabaran itu sebahagian daripada Iman.
Yes, that's his restaurant and I was told his sister is the one running the place.

I thought of not publishing this, but since I've consulted our dearest Mod, Apis_lualua, it seems like sharing it here is the right thing to do.
I approached the police station yesterday with this case and all the printed evidence. The officers in duty were really helpful and read the evidence so they can understand the situation. They came up with 2 conclusion
1) I did not lose any money
2) The american counterparts has finally realized, and the 'victim' from USA is clearing my name.
So there isn't any case involving me anymore. However I can always solve this problem out of court IF i want to pursue the damages made by ZACKRY. Even my lawyer friend suggested "Alternative Dispute Resolution" where both parties involved has to have a mutual agreement to have this case resolved.
I'm also looking at the fact that Zackry is 16, and therefore I am currently in negotiations with him to compensate the losses (my reputation and also me closing my service providing). The reason being is that I am the one who solved the problems in the USA side, though I myself is a victim. I just want to ask a quick question, how much is the compensation in such cases, online Identity Theft and Scam?
Fret not, as the police has taken down Zackry's address, contact numbers, family business address, and if he ever strikes again, they'll track him down in no time
well bro since u have a lawyer friend with u i suggest u draw up a binding agreement with the parents for him to do community work for at least 2 years for the compensation of ur losses (if u can take the monetary losses). i agree with a lot of forumers here letting him off scot free is to encourage him to cheat and lie again. hence its a vicious cycle. again he might be lucky and manage to con a poor fellow malaysian or non malaysian who might not have as much resource as u to deal with all this. so please a certain kind of punishment which will leave a memory for him not to do again will be most advise aka as what i have suggested if u will. Thank you boss. Yea, Kesabaran itu sebahagian daripada Iman.
