If you're reading this right now, do understand the distance between Miri (where Zackry resides) and Petaling Jaya (where I am located all the while), I've never even set foot on Miri in my entire life. He is 16, i'm way past 20. He name is Munawir Zackry of the Malay ethnicity, and I'm Yik Yang of Chinese ethnicity in Malaysia. I have no idea how I can be him, and he is actually me?

Zackry has made it clear that all the info in Post 1 is legit, and that I can have a handful of Lowyat forumers to clarify my identity, as they know me in person, either they had used my online purchasing services, or even in my Action Figures collector group. I am a real person doing legit things here. The person who is scamming around is not me, and Zackry is the one you guys should be asking questions to.

this has to be one of the worst scamming case i've read in here, not only painting an individual black, but our nation's cybertrade credibility as well.

How can he simply forgive u with all the mess u did until it ruin his online business?? u better PAY HIS MONEY!! im also thinking to spread news abt ur scamming business in fb miri community and few top fb pages. U better settle this problem ASAP, if not TS will report to local police and SKMM . Let them teach a lesson for u.

"social engineering" is an excuse for trying to con people. This term is used by people trying to steal one's identity and really can be consider serious crime.

it is fun until someone gets hurt... and someone did get hurt.... so are u happy now? so do u like people attacking ur mom's FB telling u are a scammer? do u like it? do u have fun with it?

i really hope this boy will be thrown in jail.... u deserve it and u have to bare the consenquenses....

Don't negotiate and don't let this person get away easily. Make an example out of him. At 16, one should know what is morally right or wrong. Contact his parents and make them send their son to a psychiatrist for evaluation and treatment. Else he might become a full blown psychopath running loose like P.Kalimuthu aka Bentong Kali in the future.

Anyway, you say that you can't enter their forum because malaysian ip address has been blocked by their forum, so go ahead with hidemyass.com or hotspot shield to get into the forum and clean all the mess you do toward FindingScreemo

wow this is getting interesting. He must be scared shytless now. Now, what we can do is get your money back.

Btw bro, if the forum refuse to take down your details, I suggest you threaten them with a defamation suit for loss of income,business and your name for false and misleading accusation. They have very strict cyber rules so I think they would think twice in putting your details on the site.

And google has a strict policy on this. You can ask them to put the thread on banlist so they wont crawl the page on their next search. They would automatically delete that page from google search so any input with your name wont show up that thread.

I might have not stated clearly, but Zackry owes me nothing, at least money that is. What he owe me now is my reputation, and all the false accusation of being a scammer all pushed at my direction. Now I'll need him to clean him name, like you all said.. the damage has been done and my name is tainted. You guys can see how am I being treated in BladeForums. People who know me will know that I don't deal with knives, which is complete utter BS if I do.
As for the 'victim' from BladeForums, vwb563@yahoo.com, he still thinks I'm fooling around trying to act all innocent. I wonder what he will do if i really report this case and have Zackry caught? Will he register here, or even email me to apologize? Fyi, he is asking me to apologize publicly because 'I' scammed and defamed him here.

Dont approach the moderator. Instead find the email of the forum admin. Furnish him with details of your case and talk nicely at first. If they dont budge or refuse to take action, then you threaten to file a defamation suit against them. Most admin would immediately respond and delete the offensive post cause its better to avoid being sued for such minor thing.

For the google cache, you can search removing personal information from google crawl. They would direct you to their page

TS, you've learnt your lesson in being an easy con victim. Now, IMO, it's your turn to teach the con artist a lesson. This is obviously not his first time, and all his "I just do it because social engineering,it's fun to exploit and learn and etc" bullshit contradicts with his other posts on the US forums (where he point blank laughed in the face of his victims)

Go ahead with clearing your name, but in the end remember to make a police report as well. I'm not to sure, but do consult your lawyers about suing the con artist for defamation as well to at least get back all the lawyer fees incurred in order to get the US forum to delete the thread.

If it was me, and I had the finances, I will sue the US forum AND the con artist kao kao, no chance given. Being a victim of a scam doesn't make it right to defame someone when all the proof is displayed so nicely for you, and being a stupid 16 year old doesn't make it right to scam anyone.
