couldnt get of from the loop although we found the guy whom we bank in too because he is a victim too , and we was unable to search the real culprit out
regarding your case, i would say its a bad luck to meet with that USA guy who never kept his promises

what i would suggest is maybe u can create a id in that forum to defend yourself and give a proper explanation

provide screenshot of your conversation with that USA guy as well

Bro. Make a police report. U have his photo and address. Give it to the police. Scammer like this can't run away like that.

There's a lot of wrongdoings here. I suggest that you better go and make a report at the police station. PM Apis and the others to help you out as soon as possible.

Fraud, identity misuse and so on will really damage your reputation and get you into a lot of trouble from Paypal, Ebay and so on. Once you are blacklisted, you are screwed until you can clear your name.

My suggestion now, make a police report with all the details, the cyber police department as well if possible then send all the details to ebay, paypal and others with hopes that they'll be able to help you in some way.

This area is indeed RPR Batu 6 as I know that petrol station. He sits at an open air restaurant at a commercial centre. This commercial centre is right next to RPR Batu 6 housing area. I am not sure if the restaurant still open or close down since I have not set foot in that area for more than a year.

From my "research", his name is seriously tainted not only in the US forums. Right now, not only him but the other names that "I don't know who or how or where" that the guys in those forums got them. He needs to be taught. Not the soft way but the hard way.

Easiest is, you take the effort, go tangkap him.

Send him all the way to balai, and after that, at least, your chances to clear your name increases.
