Directions / How to Use
1) Add 1 part powder to 2 parts of hot water (>85°C) and mix well.
2) Whisk constantly until the sauce thickens to a smooth consistency.
3) The sauce is ready to be served.


Storage
The cheese POWDER can be stored in a clean, cool, dry location.
Unfinished SAUCE can be kept inside the fridge (low part compartment) for 2-3days.

Yeah.. add in hot boiling water slowly n stir..
Dont pour all water in at once..

If got clumps, press on it and stir
