reaching quota, of course it will be slow

I thought Maxis SKMM starter pack are free and it is included in 1Malaysia netbook package..

I wonder how those Maxis SKMM can be sold by people ? , And I heard that, some of the students didn't get the simpack, they just only get the netbook..

So, if u buy the simpack from seller that sells it illegally, it means that u are stealing the student's starter pack..

hope Maxis ,Celcom, Umobile will find who is the culprit , I felt really pity for those student who didn't get that starter pack.
Umobile on the other hand is only for OKU. So, for those who sells/buy that starter pack, you just indirectly stole the starter pack from OKU.

But its actually good to fix the bugs.. so that, they can shut the mouth of people who always complain their line is congested...

Telco, should upgrade the tower..., they knows how much the user/avg user at the place..

I believe many people complaint their speed is slow, especially those with Legacy/unlimited plan and maybe corporate user..., so then.. telco check... > telco see the loophole -> fix the bug -> no more congested...

unless, if at that place is really congested because of heavy user[not the skmm/1 malaysia pack/ postpaid with vpn] .. then.. the telco should upgrade the tower..
