how old are you? any history of diabetes in your family?

in the market there are several doses of glucosamine; such as 200mg, 250mg, 500mg, 1000mg, and 1500mg. available in several forms like capsule, powder, or tablet.

it depends on your preferences in fact, do u like to swallow tabs or drink the reconstituted powder? do you want to take a single dose daily (in the case of 1000mg and 1500mg) or multiple dose in a day (2 times or 3 times in a day for lower doses like 250mg and 500mg).

scout the market, ask for choices to suit your preference and convenience. compare the prices of the dosage you take in a day, say 1 tab/sachet vs 3 tabs/sachets.

*it automatically comes to me as glucosamine supplement when you mention the brands, aha. there are too many brands of supplements and vitamins. note their dosage and intake requirement

no diabetes although i dont see how this relates to ginko...

blackmore contain 40mg of ginko extract (2000mg dry ginko leaves) & kordels contain 50mg (2500mg)....if i m not mistaken....just 10mg differences only....
