alrite.... my turn, loL~

ordered some D&P rubber, friendly seller.... completed the order and sent out the parcel within hours.... me gusta~ thumbup.gif

my ride > Saga LMST

the OEM rubber seals are doh.gif , loL.... anyone driving the saga lmst will totally agree with me.... thx to the 'upgrade' provided by proton, the just-plastic door panel is giving you the 'drum effect' whenever you slam those doors, haha.... whistling.gif in addition, noise isolation isn't that good...

after DIY-ed my ride with these rubber seal, the first thing i noticed is the way..erhm, should i say the 'feel' when i close the doors?? obviously due to the extra rubber, one will need to use more effort when closing the doors(even my friends complained bout that).... however, the door closing sound feels more solid, the 'empty can' effect significantly reduced.

meanwhile, the noise isolation improved as well. i'll not say it cut off the noise completely(tat's kinda impossible, rite??), but the wind noise when travelling at high speed, let say, >100kmph, is obviously reduced. previously i'll need to tune the volume knob to almost 20 but now 13-15 is sufficient for clear instrumental music.
due to the poor OEM door visor design, wind noise still exist at driver&front passenger side. *any LMST owner know how to solve this issue??* icon_question.gif

well, to sum it all, i would say it's a worthwhile investment for a more comfort ride. blush.gif
afterall, it's a simple DIY, and FUN, of coz~

regards....
