Well, pardon me if I'm wrong. If I remember correctly the previous thread was edited by the thread starter and not the admin. The thread starter somehow removed all the details therefore creating error within the board itself and I believe that's out of admin control unless the webmaster to dig into the database.

We should let go of the grudge and con't on how it's now. Cheers

How true is this? If I remember correctly, there's one condition where you can't sell the house until completion.
